OWNER’S STATEMENT

The Cobbler’s Cottage is the essence of ease. When I go there, I feel like there is absolutely nothing required of me. It has everything you could possibly need for relaxing. If you want a vacation where you do nothing this is the house for you. The bathroom has both shower and old claw footed tub that looks out onto the garden and back woods. The water view is from a flat area of lawn beyond the porch but it is there. The interior spaces are bright and there are plenty of places to sit, eat and relax for such a small house.
